Crispy Cheddar Chicken

I discovered this recipe on Pinterest and couldn’t wait to try it out. It was a success in that it was a hit with hubby and mom. However, I would amend the recipe so that egg is used instead of milk, to hold the cheese and crumbs. I followed the receipe to the letter and found that the crispy coating fell completely off in the oven, but I was able to save it by sprinkling additional Ritz cracker crumbs on top of the chicken and baking  for an additional 5 minutes or so. Also, I found that there was way to much salt in the recipe but the family didn’t seem to mind it at all.
