Garlic Pork Meatballs with Gruyere Creamed Spinach and lemon beurre blanc

Ingredients

  • Butcher Box 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 large egg
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • Parsley
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Coconut Flour
  • Chives chopped

Creamy Spinach

  • Cream cheese
  • Heavy Cream
  • Gruyere cheese
  • White wine
  • Butter

Background: This was our first experience with Butcher Box Ground Pork. The taste of the texture of the pork was clean and delicious. There is truly a difference between this and what we get at our regular supermarket. A very good first start for Butcher Box!

Our Review: We were very pleased to see that our mini meatballs held up after being seared in a pan a d then baked in a 400 degree oven to ensure the internal temp is safe.
